We are the tenants of the de Key complex on the Von Zesenstraat

establish that:

We would like to express with this petition our discomfert towards the ILOQ key system. This system makes us feel unsafe as we fear being locked out of our home if our phone dies, or if we simply do not have one. It also makes us feel anxious about always having to carry our phone with us and keeping it charged at all times, or having to remember a code, which will change every week.

and request

With this petition we urge de Key to cancel the implementation of the ILOQ key system and look for alternatives. These alternatives need to be communicated with us tenants to ensure we feel comfertable and safe with this key system, which will prevent any trouble in the future. If de Key does not agree with our requests and insists on continuing with the ILOQ system, we will have to file an 'order to suspend’ (kort geding), and bring the case to court.
